By using pandadorf.com you agree to these terms. The site and its content (text, images, designs) are the property of Panda Dorf and may not be reused without permission.

Orders & pre-orders

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when payment is captured.
• Current pens are pre-orders with estimated shipment in Q4 2026. Dates are estimates and may shift; we will keep you informed.
• Prices are shown in USD and exclude any import duties or taxes your country may apply on delivery.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. By paying you agree to their terms. We do not store your card details.

Shipping

Pens ship from China to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; delays at customs are outside our control. See the Returns & Refunds page for our policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panda Dorf is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Governing terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Panda Dorf's operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
